You can now become a pilot user of our new mobile bank beta version, Nordea Mobile Beta. The beta will be regularly updated based on your feedback. Download it from Google Play or sign up for Nordea Mobile Beta with iPhone. Use it alongside your current Mobile Bank app.

How to get started with Android
1.) Search for the Nordea Mobile Beta app in Google Play (Android)
2.) Tap "Install" to download the app
3.) Log in with your code app. Done!
How to get started with iPhone
If you are an iPhone user, you should sign up for the Beta version. This can be done by adding your Apple ID on the sign up form. More information about the Beta app and how to get it is presented on this page. The iPhone app is optimised to function with version 10 or later versions of the iOS operating system.
- Fill in your apple ID on the sign in page
- You will receive an e-mail from Testflight to the mail account of your apple ID. Open this e-mail from the iPhone you will use for Nordea Mobile Beta
- Click the “View in Testflight” link in the e-mail
- Download the app and write the code you have received in the invitation e-mail.
- Press redeem and you will be directed to the App Store to download the Nordea Mobile Beta app
- You find the redeem button in the top left corner.
Technical service requirements:
- If you are an Android user, you can download the Nordea Mobile Beta in Google play. The Android app is optimised to function with version 5.0 or later versions of the Android operating system.
- If you are an iPhone user, you should sign up for the beta version. This can be done by adding your information in the survey. More information about the Beta app and how to get it is presented in the survey. The iPhone app is optimised to function with version 10 or later versions of the iOS operating system.
Other service requirements:
- Netbank agreement
- An agreement on services used with access codes (you must be at least 15 years old)
You can obtain the access codes by either completing the Become a customer online form or visiting a Nordea branch.
You can use Nordea Mobile Beta alongside your current Nordea Mobile Bank app.

|Why is Nordea developing a new mobile bank?

|How do I get access to Nordea Mobile Beta?|
You can download the Nordea Mobile Beta app from your Android device’s Google Play store.
For iPhone sign up on the sign up form.
In addition to downloading the Nordea Mobile Beta app, also download our code app so you can have your access codes with you on your mobile, and the codes will never expire.
|Should I still use my old app?||You should still keep your old app until the new mobile bank is officially launched.|
|I don’t have your current Mobile Bank? How do I proceed?||You do not need to have our current Mobile Bank app to get access to Nordea Mobile Beta. But please remember that you need to have an agreement on online services. Contact our customer service to sign one.
|Why should I use the new mobile bank app?|
Our Mobile Bank app will be replaced at some point with an app similar to the new Nordea Mobile Beta. We are in the process of development where you are given the opportunity to have early access, to give feedback and be part of the development.
|When will Nordea launch the new mobile bank app?|
The development of the new Nordea mobile bank app is an ongoing process.Once we have an app we consider a good solution for our customers, we will make it available for all customers. Expected beginning of 2018.
|Will my current Mobile Bank app be closed?|
We continuously develop our digital services, including the current Mobile Bank app. It’s an ongoing process. Once we have features or a design we consider good for our customers, we will make it available in the current Mobile Bank.
|Why not an app for Windows phones?||The market for Windows phones is declining, so we have chosen to focus on Android and iPhone as these are the operating systems most of our customers use.
|Can Nordea Mobile Beta be installed on multiple devices?||The app can be installed on as many devices as you like – and it does not need to be on the same device as your current Mobile Bank app.|
|Is Nordea Mobile Beta safe?||All of Nordea’s electronic channels are always very safe. We are constantly following advances in electronic data security across the world and we develop our own solutions based on them. Smartphones and tablets have a limited and closed environment. The encrypted security environment should not be broken (root, jailbreak), and you should install apps only from official and trusted app stores.|
|Why do I need to go to a survey if I use iPhone?||Apple does not allow beta apps on its App Store. So we have to release it to each customer via an app called Testflight. In order to do this we need to email a personal invitation to you.
|How do I sign off from Beta?||You can always delete the Nordea Mobile Beta app and stop using it. We will send you an e-mail via Testfight when there is a new update. You can also always unsubscribe to this by clicking the unsubscribe link in the e-mail, or send an e-mail to email@example.com and write “unsubscribe” in the subject field.|
The use of the mobile bank app is included in the access codes fee. Ask your carrier about the data communication fees.
If you have the current Mobile Bank, the fees are covered by what you pay for the current one.
If you do not have the current Mobile Bank, the same fees as the fees for the current Mobile Bank are applied.
