TalletusOtto - ATM
Automatia Pankkiautomaatit Oy has introduced the TalletusOtto - ATMs for personal and corporate customers. At the ATM you can withdraw money as before and deposit cash to an account linked to your card. The ATM credits the cash to your account right away and gives a receipt on the deposit.
At the ATM you can deposit euro banknotes and coins which are in good condition. The funds will be credited to your account immediately. We recommend that you already open your piggy bank at home and remove possible unnecessary objects. This will ensure that the ATM works without any problems.
You can make a deposit when you have Nordea Bank Finland's Visa Debit, Visa Electron or MasterCard/Visa combination card with the debit feature. Corporate customers can make deposits with the Business Visa Debit card.
- deposit all official euro banknotes and coins: banknotes from 5 to 500 euros and coins from 1 cent to 2 euros
- withdraw 20 and 50 euro banknotes from your bank account or credit card account
- make balance and transactions queries; balance and transactions queries are not possible with a Visa account.
Services are available in Finnish, Swedish, and English.
The bank has a statutory obligation to identify and know its customers. Furthermore, the bank has an obligation to prevent money laundering and activities related to the grey economy
Due to these obligations, the bank has set a deposit limit of 5,000 euros per calendar month for personal and corporate customers.
From the receipt you can always check how much you can still deposit to your account in the current month: "Your deposit limit at automated deposit machines is 5,000 euros per month. The amount you may deposit at ADM this month is EUR xxxx.xx."
If your company needs to deposit more than 5,000 euros a month, contact your account branch.
The ADM verifies the authenticity of all the banknotes deposited into it in accordance with the regulations of the European Central Bank.
If a genuine banknote is worn and all the security factors are not necessarily in order or if the banknote is a counterfeit, the ADM seizes the banknote and does not credit its value to the customer's account. The customer is notified of this on the ADM's display and on the receipt.
If the banknote is found out to be a genuine, but worn banknote in further examination, its value will be credited to the customer's account in about a week's time.
If the banknote is found out to be a counterfeit, it will be surrendered to the police and its value will not be credited to the customer's account. In the latter case the customer can contact the police in about three weeks' time from the date of deposit and make an inquiry concerning the banknote.
|Corporate customer||2,50 € per deposit plus 0.75% of the euro amount of the deposit|
