A Netbank terminal is a self - service device installed inside a Nordea branch which the bank's customers can use for Netbank services.
The customer terminals for Netbank services are available during the opening hours of the branches.
To use the services you need your online banking codes. The terminal cannot be used with a card.
The Netbank terminals offer the following services:
- bill payments, account queries, insurance and investment services
- browsing of nordea.fi pages. You cannot access the Internet freely on the terminals.
You cannot print out a receipt or an account statement from the terminal, but they will be stored in Netbank's electronic archive. If you need a receipt, you can print it out at a payment ATM.
