KomeroFood offers meal bags (Komero bags) for sale to consumers at food stores. The bags contain a recipe by Henri Alén and all the ingredients needed for a meal for two to three persons. With the Komero bag, cooking is so easy than even a child knows how to prepare a delicious meal for the whole family. One bag contains just the appropriate quantity of ingredients, so there will be no food waste. Right from the start, KomeroFood Oy has brought joy and ease to the daily lives of tens of thousands of people.
The company has a strong team, excellent products and significant growth potential. At present, around 50% of its turnover is divided almost equally between K stores and S Group stores. In 2018, the number of stores offering Komero bags increased to over a hundred. Logistics are optimised so that not even a substantial increase in the number of the stores will lead to any problems. For instance, any K store can order Komero bags through Kesko as usual in order to supplement their product offering. The funds collected during a financing round will be spent on sales, marketing and business development.
