How this affects First Card cardholders

Below you can read about the changes for First Card cardholders.

  • You can, as before, follow your card transactions in the First Card app or in the cardholder's online service.
  • After Nordea Wallet has closed down, you can add your card to digital wallets by contacting First Card customer service.
  • The First Card app will be the channel from where you can add your card to Apple and Google Wallet. This feature is not yet available in the First Card app, but it will be released before autumn. Remember to always use the latest available version, so that you don't miss new features or improvements.

How this affects Business Visa Debit cardholders

Below you can read about the changes for Business Visa Debit cardholders.

If you are a personal customer at Nordea, and you use Nordea Mobile:
  • You can follow your card transactions in Nordea Mobile, if the account connected to the card is added to your netbank.
  • You can add your card to digital wallets through Nordea Mobile.
  • You get notified when you card is used, if you have turned on push notifications in Nordea Mobile.
if you are not a personal customer at Nordea, and you don't use Nordea Mobile:
  • You can follow your card transactions through the Nordea Business netbank or through Nordea Business Mobile, if the account connected to your card is added to the netbank.
  • You can add your card to digital wallets by contacting Nordea Business Centre.

  • You can follow your card transactions through the Nordea Business Mastercard online service.
  • You can add your card to digital wallets through calling Nordea Business Mastercard customer service.
