If you would like to influence the future of Nordea, then please join one of the Nordea Panels. Panel members are given a unique opportunity to provide feedback about Nordea services and products.

The Nordea Panel is open for both Nordea customers and non-customers.
Nordea’s success depends on the value you think we deliver. To ensure we live up to your needs and expectations, we would like to hear your thoughts on our services, products, communications, and much more.
The panels are open both for customers and non-customers.
We will occasionally send you an email (potentially also a sms) inviting you to participate in an online survey. You can then choose to click the link, you will find in the email, and answer the survey when you have the time for it, or you can choose to ignore the email. In addition, we will potentially contact you to hear if you are interested in helping us in other ways – e.g. with focus groups.
We would like to have a basic amount of knowledge about our participants related to their general engagement and interest in banking issues. Therefore, your first survey will be one asking selected demographic questions. Your answers will help us make sure that we send you only those surveys that are relevant to you.

Please note that you will of course never be asked to give any sensitive information, like log-in, account, or card information. You will neither be asked to install any software.
No. You will not be sent any marketing or promotional material, and we will use your contact information only when it concerns panel matters.
We will occasionally send you information of our latest learnings from the panel feedback. We really appreciate your input and we would like to tell how we will use this for taking action.
A bank that is more useful and valuable to you. The ability to raise your voice above others and be heard by Nordea. In some surveys you can potentially also win prizes.
Of course, at any time. Just click the “I would like to leave Nordea panel” link in any of the emails you receive from us.
Nordea has a customer insight team that will handle the data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Nordea guarantees that your answers in surveys will always be reported as part of a group of people, and therefore your name and e-mail address will never be part of a report. However your name, email address, and demographic information and responses will be stored in our database. That information will be secured and confidential.
