The General terms (pdf, 101 KB) governing services used with access codes will be applied to Netbank and telephone services.
The contents of this service and this www Site is provided without responsibility and an "as is", "as available" basis. The service provider does not provide any warranties regarding the Site or the contents thereof. The service provider reserves the right to update the Site and to discontinue the provision of access to the Site at any time. The service provider is not liable for any material provided or published by a third party even if such material can be accessed through a potential link on these sites. Unencrypted e-mail, chat and other unprotected communication methods
The users of the Site are reminded that the confidentiality of e-mail messages and other unprotected messages sent over a public network cannot be guaranteed. The users should not forward personal data or other confidential messages to the Bank via e-mail. The Bank and other service providers are not liable to execute orders or service requests submitted via unencrypted e-mail or other corresponding unprotected communication method. The Bank is entitled, if requested by the customer, to provide general information via e-mail to the e-mail address or service defined by the customer. Service providers are not liable for any damage arising from messages sent over a public network.
Copyright and trade marks
Companies belonging to Nordea Bank AB (publ) group or a third party, if expressly specified, retain the ownership, copyright (c) and all other immaterial rights of the Site. All rights are reserved for all countries. The publication, reproduction, transferral or storage of the contents of the Site in whole or in part is forbidden unless a copyright, ownership or immaterial rights holder has granted permission for such an action. The prohibition does not apply to storage on a computer or printing for personal use only. The contents may be quoted according to the Copyright Act (404/1961). When the contents are quoted the source shall have to be indicated.
