- What is an online branch?
Nordea Online is an advisory branch offering personal banking advice to Key and Premium Customers online and over the phone on weekdays from 8.00 to 20.00 and on Saturdays between 10 - 16. .
As Nordea Online's customer you can do most of your banking and receive advisory services while sitting on your sofa at home. In order to do your banking, you need your online access codes, a phone and a computer or an iPad with an Internet connection. This way we can also show you illustrations and videos.
As Nordea Online's customer you get your banking services paper free.
- What kind of banking can I do at the Online branch?
Nordea Online branch is open on weekdays between 8.00 and 20.00 and on Saturdays between 10 - 16. Personal banking advisers, supported by specialists of different areas, will help in all banking, loan and investment matters. You can do the same banking at the Online branch as you have previously done at a physical branch. When you call the Online branch, you identity yourself with your access codes at the beginning of the call.
- How do I become a customer of the Online branch?
Nordea's Key and Premium Customers will find it easy to become Nordea Online's customers. Contact Nordea Customer Service, or leave a contact request and we will call you. Through Customer Service we can agree on a meeting at the Online branch where we can discuss your wishes and needs.
- Can I continue to bank with my present banking adviser when I become a customer of the Online branch?
When you start banking at the Online branch, you will also get a new banking adviser. You can choose whether you want to have one personal banking adviser or a team of specialised banking advisers. In practice a team of banking advisers means that each family has its own personal banking adviser and the adviser's team to support its banking. You can do your banking with any of the team members.
- Is the service subject to a fee?
Banking at Nordea Online and meetings with the advisers are free of charge just like banking in branch. When you have a meeting, your banking adviser will call you so you do not have to pay for the call.
- What is the difference between an online meeting and the Online branch?
The Nordea Online branch differs from an ordinary branch in that all the meeting are conducted online or as phone meetings. Images and videos are used in the meetings as much as possible. During an online meeting you can be at work or at home and you do not have to come to a branch. At the Online branch you cannot have a physical meeting.
Some banking, such as the conclusion of a sale in connection with a housing loan requires a visit to a normal branch. In this kind of situation, we can prepare things in advance and book you a meeting at a branch.
