The Global Diversity Engagement Fund aims to promote diversity or, in other words, equality as regards gender, age and ethnic and socioeconomic background. The fund selects companies that promote equality and diversity. The fund also invests in companies that face challenges with equality or equality reporting but aims to strengthen the profile of such companies and thus the valuation of their shares by active engagement.

The fund invests in companies that divide the seats on their board and the management positions equally between different groups and offer equal employment conditions, pay and opportunities, for example.
