Personal service on the phone

When you call Nordea Customer Service, use your access codes to save time and to get individual service.

After the initial greeting, you are requested to key in your user ID. For security reasons, the request is not made by a bank employee but by a recorded message. After this, the call is connected to our customer service personnel.

Netbank’s Mail

The customer mail in Netbank is an electronic communication channel that meets our security requirements. This means that you can use it to take care of your personal finances with our customer service personnel. You can send us mail by clicking the Mail icon on the top bar in Netbank.

Please note, however, that due to the processing time of the messages, the customer mail cannot be used to make real-time transaction requests. Such requests include buy and sell orders in the securities market, for example, which are susceptible to market fluctuations and demand real-time processing which we cannot offer with Netbank's Mail. 

Public e-mail

You can send questions and feedback to Nordea Customer Service by e-mail. In public e-mail, we can answer questions concerning general banking. In personal questions, we recommend using the customer mail in Netbank.
