Netbank's back-up version is available for the last day on 12 September 2016

After closure, you can do your banking easily and securely in Netbank, or through Mobile Bank, which can be downloaded to a mobile device. Netbank's back-up version (Text version) will not be available as of 13 September 2016.

Why will Netbank's back-up version be closed?Closing Netbank's back-up version is part of Nordea's simplification programme and IT system reform. Instead of old services, resources are focused on reforming the current Netbank and developing mobile services.
Until when will I be able to use the back-up version?The last day when Netbank's back-up version is available is 12 September 2016. After this, the back-up version is no longer available.
In which channels will Nordea communicate the closing?Nordea will communicate the closing of the service in Netbank news, Nordea's website and in the Useful information section of the back-up version.
What should I do in case neither Netbank nor Mobile Bank works?This is a rare situation. If the matter is urgent, please call Nordea Customer Service. We shall work together to find a solution. You can also make payments and check account transactions at payment ATMs.
Does closing the back-up version affect my access codes?Closing the back-up version does not affect access codes in any way. Going forward, you can do your banking easily and securely in Netbank, or through Mobile Bank, which can be downloaded to a mobile device.

I am used to the back-up version. Which solution can I use for my banking from now on?After the back-up version has been closed, you can do your banking easily and securely in Netbank, or through Mobile Bank, which can be downloaded to a mobile device.
I want to have several Netbank windows open at the same time. How can I do this?For managing investments in Netbank, you may only have one Savings and investments tab open at a time. If you want to use two simultaneous sessions for managing investments, you can have both Netbank and Nordea Investor open.
Example: Customer follows the stock market through Nordea Investor but submits assignments or pays invoices in Netbank.
Is there an alternative for Netbank to do my banking?Our extensive service network is available to you. You can do your banking at branches, in Mobile Bank, at payment ATMs  and in Nordea Customer Service, among others.
