Our Customer Programme has three levels:

  • basic level
  • Preferred Customer level, and
  • Key Customer level.

Your Customer Programme level depends on the volume of your banking with us. The more products and services you have, the higher your level and the more substantial your benefits. We will make sure that you are always at the highest level to which your banking entitles you.

  • Join our Customer Programme and we can ensure that as your banking with us increases, you will automatically become a Preferred or Key Customer and get immediate access to all the relevant benefits.
  • If you wish, the banking volume of your family members can also be taken into account in determining your Customer Programme level. You can enrol family members via Netbank's Customer Mail, for example.
Criteria

You can sign up for the basic level of our Customer Programme if you

  • have a current account at Nordea, and
  • are at least 18 years old.
