What is an online meeting?
Answer:

An online meeting is an easy and flexible means to do your banking anywhere you want. All you need is a computer, an iPad or a Windows tablet with an Internet connection, a telephone and access codes. At the online meeting we will show you illustrative material, which you can view on your computer screen while you are discussing on the phone with your adviser.

What are the technical requirements for using the service?
Answer:

The online meeting will work with most PC and Mac computers and operating systems. You can use an iPad or a Windows tablet for the online meeting if you have a Wifi connection and you have installed Skype for Business app in your iPad or  Windows tablet.

What kind of banking can I do in an online meeting?
Answer:

You can handle most of your personal banking online, regardless of your life situation. We will serve you in matters related to savings and investment, cards, consumer credit, housing loans and insurance.

What if I need help?
Answer:

We will give you advice at the beginning of the online meeting on how to participate in it.

Log into Netbank and read the agenda and instructions for the meeting before the agreed online meeting. Test the compatibility of your computer, iPad or Windows tablet in accordance with the instructions in Netbank. Make sure that you are in a quiet and undisturbed environment. Before the meeting starts, log into Netbank. Have your phone and access codes handy. We will call you when the meeting begins.

How do I use online meeting?
Answer:

You can make an appointment by calling Nordea Customer Service, tel 0200 70 000 (local call charge/mobile call charge). You will receive an invitation and an agenda to your Netbank. You will also use Netbank to join the online meeting. We will call you when the meeting begins. In the meeting we will share material with you on the computer screen, while we are discussing with you on the phone. A local network charge or a mobile call charge will be charged for your call to Nordea Customer Service, tel 0200 70 000.

How much does the online meeting cost?
Answer:

The bank does not charge a separate fee for the online meeting. We will call you when the meeting begins and ask you to call back to Nordea Customer Service, tel 0200 70 000 (local network charge/mobile call charge) in order for us to be able identify you on the basis your access codes.

Can several people participate in an online meeting?
Answer:

Yes, several people in different locations can take part in the same online meeting. All participants must have Nordea’s access codes for verifying their identity.
