You can make an appointment by calling Nordea Customer Service, tel 0200 70 000 (local call charge/mobile call charge). You will receive an invitation and an agenda to your Netbank. You will also use Netbank to join the online meeting. We will call you when the meeting begins. In the meeting we will share material with you on the computer screen, while we are discussing with you on the phone. A local network charge or a mobile call charge will be charged for your call to Nordea Customer Service, tel 0200 70 000.
- How much does the online meeting cost?
The bank does not charge a separate fee for the online meeting. We will call you when the meeting begins and ask you to call back to Nordea Customer Service, tel 0200 70 000 (local network charge/mobile call charge) in order for us to be able identify you on the basis your access codes.
- Can several people participate in an online meeting?
Yes, several people in different locations can take part in the same online meeting. All participants must have Nordea’s access codes for verifying their identity.
