Standard European Consumer Credit Information

In order to facilitate comparison of different offers, the credit applicant is entitled to receive the essential information concerning the credit on the "Standard European Consumer Credit Information” form before signing the credit agreement. The information provided on the form may consist of data requested by the customer or data calculated with typical values. Calculations of form on this page have been made with typical values, which means that on the form used for each type of credit the calculation has been made using the euro amounts that are typical for that credit type.

The form must provide contact details of the creditor, a description of the main features of the credit product, total cost of credit, other important legal aspects and, if applicable, additional information in the case of distance marketing. The information provided on the form may be binding or non-binding on the creditor. The creditor is bound by the form if the credit decision is favourable.
