Your home will serve as security for the loan

You choose the purpose of your loan. Your home will serve as security for the loan. The loan period is 10 years. During that time you don’t need to amortise the loan – you only pay the interest each month.

We will open a current account as your HomeFlex account. You can use this account in the way you want. It is, for example, well-suited for a high-interest reserve fund. The interest on the funds in the account is paid once a year.

After the ten-year period, you can review your situation:

  • You can continue the loan period with another ten years, if the credit granting criteria are fulfilled. The interest of the HomeFlex is revised at this time.
  • You can repay the loan as a one-off payment, or agree with us on a repayment schedule. In this case the HomeFlex is terminated and the funds in the account are transferred to an account of your choice.
  • You can pay the opening fee on HomeFlex. The interest you pay on your loan equals the interest the bank pays on the deposit in your account. If the account balance exceeds the loan amount, no deposit interest is paid on the excess amount.
