All you need is a push-button phone and access codes and you can take care of your ordinary banking by phone.

The Telephone Bank now uses IBAN account numbers, so it will be possible to transfer funds to Finnish IBAN account numbers and to ask about IBAN payments.

Another new service is additional payment con-firmation i.e. payments made in the Telephone Bank will be subject to double verification. In practice this means that in the case of exceptional payments in the Telephone Bank, an additional verification is required by phone before the payment is executed. A payment is usually considered exceptional if the sum is unusually large, or if the account number is unfamiliar.

How do I benefit from using the Telephone Bank?

• You can listen to your account balance and transactions.
• You can pay bills right away or on a future due date.
• You can listen to your payments falling due and you can change or delete them.
• You can listen to your unconfirmed payments and you can confirm, change or delete them.

If you have access codes, you can use the Telephone Bank with a push-button phone right away. The Telephone Bank is available for private customers.
