When you call Nordea Customer Service, use your access codes to save time and to get personal service.

How do I benefit from using the personal service?

  • You identify yourself with access codes.
  • You can handle many banking matters safely on the phone.
  • Your access codes correspond to your signature when you give orders.

After the greeting you are requested to key in your user ID. For security reasons the request is not made by a banking officer but by a recorded message. After this the call is connected to our customer service personnel.
