If you lose your access codes

If you suspect that your user ID, code card or both have fallen into wrong hands, do the following:

Contact immediately 

  • Call Nordea Customer Service
  • outside customer service hours:
    lost card reporting service, tel 020 333, 24 hours a day (local network charge/mobile call charge); from abroad dial +358 20 333.

Report misuse

Misuse carried out with stolen access codes is an offence that must be reported to the police. Immediately report a misuse to the bank as well, so that your access codes can be closed.
