Further information
Access codes correspond to your signature
Nordea’s access codes consist of a user ID and one-time codes. After making an agreement at a branch you will receive the access codes and you can log in to Netbank right away.
- User ID the bank’s means to identify the accounts and services linked to the Netbank agreement. You get the user ID when you make the agreement. The user ID remains the same until the termination of the agreement.
- One-time codes you will receive a code card with 80 four-digit codes when you make the agreement. Use the codes in the order indicated in the card. When you have used 60 codes, Nordea will automatically send you a new code card.
- Confirmation codes used to confirm bills and other transactions. They are marked by letters and located at the bottom of the code card.
Many companies and public corporations, such as municipalities, offer services on the web. Access codes enable secure identification in online services - and also when you call Nordea Customer Service at 0200 70000 (local network charge/mobile call charge).
Access codes are granted to
- persons who are 18 years or older
- persons who are 15 - 17 with guardians’ consent
- persons who are 15 years of age and want to add to Netbank agreement accounts for which you don’t need your guardians’ consent.
