Account terms complying with the new payment services act

We will revise the special and general terms and conditions of accounts to comply with the currently valid payment services act.

In the spring of 2010 we already revised a part of the terms and conditions of our current accounts.

The amendments now made concern PerkAccount, HomeFlex, Foreign-Currency-Current account, Personal Foreign Currency account, InterestExtra, Interest plus account and ProEmployee accounts, as well as current accounts opened during the period 1 December 2009 - 14 February 2010. 

If you accept the amended terms and conditions, you are not required to do anything

The amendments do not require any measures on your part: the new terms and conditions will enter into force automatically.
