Preferred Customer criteria
You can sign up as a Preferred customer in the Customer Programme if you or your family have
- an account in Nordea for regular income*, and
- products or services at least from three product groups, and in addition
- at least 6,000 euros in savings, loans and Nordea Private lease agreement.
Preferred customers of over 65 years of age and their family members stay on the Customer Programme level they have achieved even if the total amount of their savings and loans drops under 6,000 euros. They need only one product or service instead of products or services from three product groups.
Only customers who do not have non-performing credits or credits in collection can belong to the Customer Programme.
*) Regular income means that a total of at least 500 euros is deposited to a current account during three consequtive months; for instance salary, pension or business income.
