Nordea’s Key Customers are assigned a personal banking adviser. He or she is your personal contact person at the bank. Your banking adviser knows your situation, will listen to you and help you reach your goals with the support of all the expertise in Nordea.
Key Customers get free daily services
The free daily services include:
- Nordea Visa and MasterCard without annual or monthly fee; cards are also available as combination cards
- access codes for using Netbank and for identification when calling Nordea Customer Service, tel 0200 70 000, Mon - Fri 10.00 - 16.30 (local network charge/mobile call charge)
- exclusive interest rate tier with the best rate for CurrentAccount.
Examples of other Key Customer benefits:
- If there is queue in Nordea Customer Service, you get past the queue by identifying yourself with your access codes.
- The Ajassa magazine
(published in Finnish and Swedish) four times a year to your home address. The magazine talks about important topics on personal finances, and includes offers.
- A Bumerang key chain. Bumerang is a safety service provided by the Finnish Red Cross. If you lose your keys, they will be returned to you provided that the finder returns them by mail.
The Key Customer status and the related benefits also apply to your spouse or partner and all children under 18 living at home, if you want.
If you move permanently or temporarily to Norway, Sweden or Denmark, you will get benefits from banking and insurance services that correspond to the Key Customer status in Finland.
