Key Customer criteria

You can sign up as a Key Customer for the Customer Programme when you have or your family has in Nordea

• an account for regular income* and
• products or services from at least five product groups, and
• at least 30,000 euros in savings and loans.

Key Customers who are 65 years or older and their family members will retain the Customer Programme level they have reached, although the total amount of their savings and loans would fall under 30,000 euros. Instead of five product groups it is enough that customers who are 65 years or older have one product or service in use.

Customers who do not have non-performing loans or loans in actual collection may only participate in the Customer Programme.

*) Regular income means that a total of 500 euros worth of, for example, salary, pension or entrepreneurial income is paid to a current account during three successive months.
