From one Customer Programme level to another

The Customer Programme has three levels: the basic level, Preferred Customer level and Key Customer level. Your level in the Customer Programme depends on your banking volume. The more products and services you use, the higher your level will be and you will be entitled to a wider range of benefits. We will make sure that you will always be on the highest possible level you are entitled to based on your business volume.

You will move from one level to another, as your banking volume changes:

  • You will move to a higher level when your banking volume has fulfilled the criteria for the higher level for two consecutive months.
  • You will move to a lower level when your banking volume has not fulfilled the criteria for your Customer Programme level for six consecutive months.
