Your benefits at basic level
- Once you have joined Nordea's Customer Programme, we will make sure that as your banking with us increases, you will automatically be signed up as a Preferred or a Key Customer and you can immediately take advantage of the benefits of the relevant level.
- If you wish, the business volume of your family members can also be taken into account when looking at meeting the requirements for a certain Customer Programme level. Join your family members via Netbank’s customer mail, for example.
Basic-level criteria
You can sign up for the basic level of the Customer Programme once you have a current account with Nordea and are at least 18 years old.
