The Customer Programme is rewarding: the more banking business you have with Nordea, the better benefits you get. You can concentrate you everyday banking as well as deposits, loans, investments and insurance in Nordea.

The Customer Programme has three levels: the basic level, Preferred Customer level and Key Customer level. Your level in the Customer Programme depends on your banking volume. When your whole family signs up for the Customer Programme, the level is determined based on the banking volume of the whole family – and each family member is entitled to the benefits.

Customer Programme benefits

  • As a Key or Preferred Customer you get many valuable benefits from our banking and insurance services.
  • As a Key Customer you are assigned a personal banking adviser to advise and assist you and your family with important financial matters. You can communicate with your personal banking adviser directly through Netbank mail.
  • You are entitled to the benefits right away and get sizeable discounts on the normal prices for banking services.
  • By signing up your family members as well the whole family benefits from volume discounts!
