When the coin bank fills up, you can come to a Nordea branch to deposit the savings on the account. Then you can show your child from Netbank how the savings accrue interest.
Saving for a child is an investment in the future
In Nordea you have good possibilities of getting your child’s savings grow regardless of your role in the family (mum, dad, grandparent or godparent). The easiest way to save is to make a savings agreement.
- Concentration pays off: when all your family members belong to the Customer Programme, you can open a PerkAccount for your child. Interest paid on the PerkAccount is determined according to the level your family has reached under the Customer Programme.
- When you save regularly into a child’s PerkAccount, the savings accrue into a nice sum in the course of time. Under the savings agreement you can also transfer child allowance to the PerkAccount. Each child whose child allowance is deposited on an account in Nordea gets a further gift deposit of 40 euros from Nordea.
- If you wish to get an optimum long-term profit forecast for your child’s funds, you should choose fund saving. The easy way to do this is to make a fund saving agreement on one of the nearly fifty Nordea’s funds.
-
Selekta investment is individual endowment insurance in which you can make regular deposits (for example, the child allowance). It is a flexible form of saving – you can choose from Nordea’s funds and the guaranteed saving alternative.
