How do I benefit from using the payment service?

• You can drop payment service envelopes containing bills in a regular mailbox.
• You do not need to queue at a payment ATM or at a branch.
• Bills are paid in time, even if you are on holiday.

Ask your branch about the use of the payment service in order to get payment service envelopes and instructions on how to use the service. There is no need for a separate agreement but, before you start using the service, you should read the general terms for domestic payment transactions.
