Guardians' consent

If you are a minor, ie 16-17 years old, and you have regular income, fill in the card application, print it out and sign it together with your parents (guardians). Bring at least one of your guardians with you when you go to a branch to order a card. You also need a power of attorney signed by your other guardian.

The guardians can decide whether the card is posted to you at your home address or you can pick it up by yourself at the branch. When you have received a notification of your card being ready for pick-up, you can pick it up by yourself if your guardians have given their consent in connection with filling in the application.
