Additional services available for Visa
It is easy to follow the withdrawals and purchases made with the card and the total sum of the next invoice in Netbank, with a WAP phone and through a text message.
Card queries allow you to view, for example,
- the funds available or the credit limit of your card
- the purchases and withdrawals made with the card
- the due date and amount of the next invoice
- the previous invoice fallen due
Purchases and withdrawals usually show in card queries 3-4 days after the transaction. If the transaction is made abroad, it may take longer for it to show in a query. You can adopt the query service easily in Netbank under Cards.
In Netbank you can also
- order yourself a new card
- raise your Visa credit limit
- transfer money from the Visa credit to your own bank account
- register your card for the secure online payment service
- order a PIN for your card, if you have forgotten it
- change the daily security limits of your card.
Additional services on trips abroad
For trips abroad, Visa Gold includes, for example, the following services:
- continuous travel insurance for trips abroad
- Visa Global Customer Assistance services (24 h), for example, you quickly get a new card to replace a lost one
- International SOS Assistance services (24 h), including medical and legal services.
