How to apply for a card

The application procedure varies from card to card. Select the card you want and find the application options available to you.

Netbank

When you have Nordea’s access codes, you can apply for a card quickly and easily in Netbank.

Online application

If you do not have access codes, fill in the online application and click the Send button. The application will be transmitted to Nordea for processing. When you identify yourself with your Nordea, OP-Pohjola Group, Sampo, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Tapiola Pankki, Bank of Åland or Aktia (Sp/Pop) online banking codes, you do not need to sign the application. You cannot apply for a parallel card with the online application but you can tell us in the application if you want to receive an application for a parallel card to your home.

Nordea Customer Service

Nordea Customer Service provides you with information and advice on matters related to your banking by phone or via the customer mail in Netbank. When you call us, it is a good idea to identify yourself with your access codes for faster service. By identifying yourself you can also take care of many banking matters safely.

Branch

If you want, you can make an appointment for a personal meeting at a branch. Our service adviser will give you all the help you need to establish an even better banking relationship with us. If you do not yet have Nordea’s access codes, you can conveniently get them during the same visit at the branch.
