Nordea’s services at Stockmann’s

22.09.2008 12:00It will soon be possible for you to discuss your banking matters while shopping. Nordea will expand its branch network by opening Nordea Shops at all Stockmann’s department stores in Finland.

Nordea Shops will be opened in Oulu, Tampere, Turku and in the Greater Helsinki Area at the Jumbo shopping centre, in Tapiola and in Itäkeskus on 2 October. The Nordea Shop at Stockmann’s in the Helsinki City Centre* will open on 3 November.

Nordea Shops will provide advisory services especially for savings and investment products and serve in matters related to Stockmann MasterCard.

- We want to bring our advisory services closer to our customers and serve them where they are. Our new service points will serve Stockmann’s customers flexibly during the opening hours of the department stores. This means customers can drop in to discuss their banking matters while shopping. Our target of excellent customer experience is crystallised in the new concept, says Pekka Nuuttila, Head of Banking Finland.

- At the same time, we will be able to serve Stockmann’s loyal customers all the better in matters related to Stockmann MasterCard, he adds.

The Nordea Shops and department stores will have the same opening hours

The aim has been to locate the Nordea Shops nearby Stockmann’s Loyal Customer Service. They will be open on weekdays from 9.00 to 21.00 and on Saturdays from 9.00 to 18.00. Welcome to visit any Nordea Shop!

* At Stockmann’s in Helsinki City Centre Nordea is already serving customers. The refurbished Nordea Shop will open on new premises at the department store in November.
