The service is used with personal mobile phones as identification is based on the phone number. Access codes are required to start using the service.

- If you already have access codes (user ID and code card), you can start using the service right away.
- Once you have registered for the service you do not need to memorise the access codes or look them up in a hurry. All you need to do is call or send a text message.
- The service is available 24/7 in Finnish and Swedish.
