07.04.2010There will be a service break in Nordea’s services on Sunday morning 11 April 2010. The reason for the service break is technical maintenance work.
During the break, it will not be possible to pay or withdraw cash at ATMs with Nordea’s cards between 5 to 8 am. The Netbank services will be unavailable between 5.00 am to 12.00.
Between 5.00 and 8.00 am the break will affect the following services:
- card authorisations with bank cards, Debit, Visa Electron and personal customers’ MasterCard
- transactions at ATMs with Nordea’s cards
Between 5.00 am and 12.00 the break will affect the following services:
- transactions at payment terminals with Nordea’s cards
- Netbanks (personal and corporate customers)
- telephone service
- WAP service
- Mobile netbank
- e-payment
- e-identification
- eCredit
- payment services used via file transfer, eg uploading of invoice, salary and POS files, and downloading of account statements, reference payments etc.
