E-support for Corporate Customers
E-support assists you with your company’s electronic payment transfers. When you call e-support, identify yourself with your company’s access codes to get faster service.

Service hours on banking days 9.00 - 18.00. On short banking days (New Year’s Eve and Maundy Thursday) 9.00 - 14.00.
Call charge 0.11 euros per min + local network charge/mobile call charge.

E-support for Corporate Customers gives the following support services:
- Netbank user support and browser support
- online services support (e-invoice, e-payment, e-salary, e-identification)
- clearings and check-ups related to file transfer and retrieval
- electronic cross-border payments support
- resetting of payment terminal’s PATU keys; requires identification with access codes
- clearing of electronic payments (within the Finnish payment system)
- other questions related to electronic payment services
